To help people access the IRC (Internet Relay Chat).
Let us begin,
First you must download an IRC program. For this page I only have the mIRC screen shots at the moment.
Installation is fairly straight forward.
1) find the program
-the program can be found at tucows, download.com or www.mirc.com
-mIRC is shareware
2) download the program
-This means reading and following the directions!
3) install the program (ScreenShots)
-Following directions are a good thing!
4) connect to the internet and opening the program.
