Pictures Of Rafe from Night Shift

So how'd he do it? How did Rafe go from a small walk on type part. To being thought of, by some at least, one of the characters we'd love to see more of? I have no idea other than the cute factor. Then again are there any unattractive men on this show? I will be adding other pictures from his other appearances on 'The Sentinel' as soon as I can make the vid captures.
