After a few moments the computer came back with a 'Stargate inaccessible from this location.'

"What does that mean?" Qui-Gon asked.

Sam's fingers flew over the computer keyboard for a moment before she answered. "Well, it means that yes there is a Stargate there but for some reason we can't access it from Earth." She turned and looked at the men, "the most likely reason is that we don't have the right symbols to access that Stargate. We'd have to travel to Trellis and then to Coruscant that way. There must be something that has the symbols on that planet. We'll have to go and find it."

General Hammond came in, "Mayborne is topside and is reported to have orders that we turn over the Jedi for top level debriefings at Area 51."

"What?" O'Neill said although it was obvious he wanted to say more.

"SG1 and guests, my office now." Hammond said everyone followed him into the office.

"Can't you over ride that Sir? Like you did for Teal'c? The Jedi aren't leaving the mountain as far as I'm concerned Sir. If Mayborne gets these guys he won't let them leave." Jack said finally.

"Agreed, I wasn't to know he was coming. He was just going to show up and take them. Hurry to the armory and load up. You'll have to go back to Trellis and find a way off from there. Your iris codes will work for 24 hours and then be erased unless you contact us." Hammond said.

"Understood." Jack said before he and the rest of SG-1 left for the armory. Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan stayed behind.

"General, our culture is capable of space travel. Do not give up hope on your people. If they can not return by the Stargate then we will bring them back the usual way. You have my vow on it." Qui-Gon reassured the General.

"Packs are loaded and Carter says the MALP we left hidden shows a clear field. Let's get while the getting is good." Jack said leading Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan towards the Gate room.

"Take care." Hammond said as his first team walked up to the shimmering wormhole of the Stargate, and walked through escorting the Jedi visitors through. Once the wormhole closed he went to his office to prepare himself for Mayborne's visit.

The Stargate on Trellis 3 activated and expelled the six travelers who immediately rushed for the cover of the trees. They had almost reached the tree line when a series of blasts in front of the halted them.

"Surrender to Selket or die." A voice ordered from behind them. They turned around and saw the scorpion armor of a Jaffa, his energy staff pointed at them.

"They would rather die than surrender to me my Prime. Then I would be without the symbol I need to carry out my revenge." A tall, reddish blonde haired woman wearing an outfit that the SG1 team recognized as similar to Hathor's only in a dark midnight blue said as she approached. "Secure them my loyal Jaffa."

The Jaffa rushed to comply with her order, removing the weapons as well. "I'll get my answers now and we can proceed to the Joined Kingdoms capital before the day ends here. The System Lords would fall before the seasons turned and I would be Empress of a galaxy."
