"Unless they have a Stargate on the ship. They would be able to travel with that. I think your people could be valuable allies. Come with us. You said that the Jedi were negotiators then come and discuss a possible alliance with our world." Daniel said.

 Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan looked at each other for a moment before Qui-Gon spoke, "We would be honored to accompany you to your world. As long as it is understood that we attempt to return as soon as possible to either here or Coruscant. I'm sure it's in both our peoples best interests not to allow Selket a foothold here."

  Quickly they all created the illusion that the farm had been left unattended for some time. While Daniel began the dial out sequence Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan gathered their carry bags, "Master, couldn't we just stay and try to undermine Selket. We have no idea what lies on the other side of that Stargate."

 "Padawan, the Force is guiding us to this. Be mindful of the moment, not the future. Now we must relay the information about Stargate defense to Master Yoda" The communication lasted no more than a few seconds as it was nothing more than an explanation of plans and rapid fire ideas of what would work to protect the Coruscant Stargate. With a promise that they would try to contact Master Yoda later, Qui-Gon led the way to the now active Stargate.

 "Okay, Sam and Teal'c will go through first and let the guards know you are good guys, so to speak and to help you over your first bout of 'Gate sickness. Daniel and I will bring up the rear." Jack said.

 Sam turned to Qui-Gon, "Another thing you will have to turn over any weapons you are carrying. For security purposes. I'm sure the General will let you have your lightsabers back after the debriefing."

 The Jedi shared a look and at Qui-Gon brief nod they both removed their lightsabers and handed them over to Sam. "A gesture of trust that no harm will come to us. The lightsaber is a Jedi's only weapon other than ourselves."

 "Thank you for your trust. See you on the other side." Sam smiled before her and Teal'c went through the Stargate towards Earth.

 "Well this is going to be a new experience, Master." Obi-Wan said as they walked towards the Stargate.

 "You knew life with me would not be a normal apprenticeship. Look at it this way you can add another experience to the list of things you've done that no other Padawan has done before."

 Just before they walked through the event horizon of the Stargate both Jedi noticed that they could feel harnessed Force energy throughout the wormhole. "I think that we will be having a very interesting trip, Obi-Wan." With that he stepped through the Stargate.
